What kind of charisma is good for start-up environment? Here are four elements that you can follow:
1 → Exploration
‘Successful factors of enterprise may be exclusive while failed ones could be preventive.’ Remarkable firms in Taiwan e.g. TSMC and MTK are always regarded as industrial models. Human attempt to discover something unfamiliar in terms of challenges they meet; those in high-maintenance probably desire inspirations in their life.
Food safety, environmental pollution as well as harmful production are significant cases which people must beware of. Which one should we pay attention to the most – cost or profit? Various problems differ from place to place and from time to time though they can be systematically categorised. Those still depend on specific situations for human beings to be more safe and sound.
2 → Intersection
‘The failure in entrepreneurship is typical; the success in that is invaluable,’ Mr Chu added meaningfully. Graduates work in product marketing as possible as they could, while being product manager is absolutely not a piece of cake. People could search nodes to connect their favourite when pursuing jobs. Chu strongly suggested social media in Taiwan need to be improved since civic engagement occurred nowadays.
3 → Observation
Literature and history are fountains of start-up; science fiction is the expectation of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs should try to recall stories, events or news on the basis of the former part; they may find their interests in accordance with the latter part. Next generation might be a trend for Online to Offline (O2O) not merely in China but in other countries; we can wait and see.
4 → Diversification
Pitch Deck, a type of slides mostly for start-ups, is often applied in emerging business plans from those who eager to be founders in their companies. Meanwhile, the benefit would derive from the identification of problems. The product could be aligned with the theory of STP in a total addressable market (TAM) and the process of competition is an important part of value.
Funnel management i.e. sales pipe is a theory in the relationship with customers. The first framework is bottom-up from customers to prospects / leads greatly in this concept of pipe; the other one is top-down from a pool to fund commonly in management. It helps providers to meet requirements from clients in case of misunderstanding.
